1 cup BBQ sauce (or 2/3 cups BBQ sauce + 1/3 ketchup)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup vinegar (or Sauerkraut铺底)
1tsp pepper powder (or Paprika)
1tsp honey (optional)
1tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
7-8lb pork shoulder butt, cut to several pieces.
mixed in instant pot, high pressure 45min.
出锅,捣碎
(optional) add 1/4 cup BBQ sauce + 1/8 cup flour + 1/2 tbsp starch, boil and reduce sauce.
