Pull Pork

 这种5分钟准备一大锅,一下搞定好几顿的菜式,是忙碌的上班族的福音!

1 cup BBQ sauce (or 2/3 cups BBQ sauce + 1/3 ketchup)

1/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup vinegar (or Sauerkraut铺底)

1tsp pepper powder (or Paprika)

1tsp honey (optional)

1tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

7-8lb pork shoulder butt, cut to several pieces. 

mixed in instant pot, high pressure 45min. 

出锅,捣碎

(optional) add 1/4 cup BBQ sauce + 1/8 cup flour + 1/2 tbsp starch, boil and reduce sauce.

蘑菇番茄阿根廷红虾沙拉

Ingredients 用料:

Group A

  • 300g fresh Mushroom 口蘑 (切1/4)
  • 300g tomato medley 混装小番茄 (整个)
  • 1 purple onion 紫洋葱 (切小块)
  • 200g sweet pepper 小彩椒
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 胡椒粉
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder 大蒜粉
  • 1 tbsp paprika 甜椒粉
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme 百里香
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 橄榄油

Group B

  • 300g asparagus 芦笋
  • Shrimp 虾仁
  • Fresh basil 新鲜罗勒
  • Pine nuts or cashew 松子或腰果
  • Parmesan Cheese


Group A 蔬菜调料拌匀,400F 烤25分钟

芦笋加油加盐焯水,过冰水,在最后两分钟,加入蔬菜烤盘,烤两分钟

虾仁加盐焯水,过冰水,或用黄油煎香,和新鲜罗勒、松子/腰果拌匀,撒 cheese 上桌。
