- 300g fresh Mushroom 口蘑 (切1/4)

Group B
- 300g asparagus 芦笋
- Shrimp 虾仁
- Fresh basil 新鲜罗勒
- Pine nuts or cashew 松子或腰果
- Parmesan Cheese
Group A 蔬菜调料拌匀,400F 烤25分钟
芦笋加油加盐焯水,过冰水,在最后两分钟,加入蔬菜烤盘,烤两分钟
虾仁加盐焯水,过冰水,或用黄油煎香,和新鲜罗勒、松子/腰果拌匀,撒 cheese 上桌。
